Felecia was born and raised in Monrovia, Liberia, where she experienced the hardships of being brought up in a society where most girls do not get an education. In her case she was not denied,  but affording education was the challenge she faced. With determination of both she and her mother, she sold water and vegetables in the market in order to obtained an education.

Ms. Mcjerry’s effort and determination did not end when she graduated from high school, She migrated to the  USA  where she continued her education and improved her life and that of siblings.

As a Healthcare worker, she has worked with both the privileged and underserved communities where she gives holistic care to the patients and their families.  Ms. Mcjerry is also involved in her community and her church.
